This weekend, Team Dignitas and Smite Launch Tournament winners Team SoloMid will be traveling to Shanghai to face off against some of the top talent in China. With that, the Smite World Championships will be put on hold for a week, and this week's competition will be switched up to the tune of two 4v4 Siege Tournaments each with a prize pool of $1,000!
We are excited to provide an opportunity to see the top players in the world battling it out in our newest game mode. This will allow both the players and viewers a better look into the evolving play styles in this fast paced conquest variant.
These Siege events will have a cap of 64 teams The top 8 ranked teams from both NA and EU from the #SWC will each have reservations that will maintain until 15 minutes before the closing of check-ins. All other teams will need to be checked in on a first come first serve basis:
HOW TO CHECK-IN
To check in for a weekend tournament, you must connect to the official TeamSpeak 3 server. As you connect, A tournament admin will assist you in signing up for the tournament with a check in form. As you are signing up, be sure your team has one designated Manager, who is 18 years of age or older, responsible for distributing any cash prizing. This can be the same player as the Team Captain or different. We will need that person’s full name and email address upon check in. Any changes to this roster or team information must be made before the tournament begins.
NORTH AMERICA’S CHECK-IN TIME FRAME:
- Start Time: 10:00am EDT // 4:00pm CEST
- End Time: 11:30am EDT // 5:30pm CEST

EUROPE’S CHECK-IN TIME FRAME:
- Start Time: 7:00am EDT // 1:00pm CEST
- End Time: 8:30am EDT // 2:30pm CEST
- Admins: DeamonMachine + Toffee
To contact the tournament administrator during the tournament, team captains and only the team captains are required to use TeamSpeak 3 to communicate with the admins. Check-ins, as stipulated by the rules, are to be done via this VOIP software. Captains may be contacted via direct or group messages through this software and will be held accountable for information passed through this medium. (a) Two tournaments: One North American tournament every Saturday at 12pm EST and one European tournament every Sunday at 9am EST. (b) North American tournaments must be played in the North American region and European tournaments must be played in the European region.
(c) Tournaments will be soft seeded. All teams in the rankings will automatically be seeded. (Ex: The team with the most points will be 1st seed. The team with the 2nd most points will be 2nd seed.) In the case of teams sharing the same amount of points, they will be randomly seeded within their tier of points.
(d) Every Game must be created with the following requirements:
- (i) Name: Determined by Team Captain
- (ii) Password: Determined by Team Captain
- (iii) Region: North America/European
- (iv) Pick Method: Draft with six (6) bans total
- (v) Party size: 4v4
- (vi) Allow Spectators/Record Demo
- (vii) Spawn Lane Minions
- (viii) Starting Level: 3
- (ix) Starting Gold: 2000
(e) The tournament is ALWAYS single elimination. Finals are best of 3.
(f) The finals will be a best of 3. A game cannot end in a tie.
(g) Additional restrictions may be added at any time before or during a Game or Match by an Administrator if a known or “game breaking” Bug is found.
(i) Each player shall use his or her best efforts to report any Bugs found immediately at the end of each Game. Any player knowingly using one (1) or more Bugs to his or her advantage will be immediately disqualified from the Tournament.
