NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE OFFERED WHERE THE PRODUCT KEY HAS BEEN SENT BY EMAIL, WEBPAGE OR OTHERWISE, OR IF THE GAME HAS BEEN ACTIVATED. ALL SUCH SALES ARE FINAL. EU Customers. If you reside in the European Union and you purchase the Product, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as amended, may apply to you and may provide you with the right to withdraw from your purchase of the Product within fourteen (14) calendar days, commencing on the date after you purchase the Product (the “Withdrawal Period’). You will lose any such right of withdrawal if you begin downloading the Product or if Hi-Rez begins the performance of services (including the activation of the Product or the provision of an activation key to you) prior to the end of the Withdrawal Period.
